On Tuesday Nov. 1, Covert Affairs returns for the second half of their sophomore season. I thought that I would just give you a little reminder of what was happening when we left off.
The season ended with an episode that dealt with secrets and trust issues. Annie decided to come clean with her sister and tell her what her true day job is. She explained she was a spy, she loved it and she was damn good at it. Danielle went thru a series of emotions that in the end resulted in Annie having to move out and find a new place to live.
Annie also had a scare of being poisoned, which we soon find out that Auggie is the one that came and slept in the hospital waiting room until she came out with a clean bill of health. He also broke some rules in order to help her, in which he got caught. As far as trusting goes…we know that these two trust each other completely. But as for Jai Wilcox, he confronted Joan about her “bad management” and that resulted in him being transferred to Phoenix. But in the end we see him make a phone call and we have to wonder who he called and what is going to happen in the next episodes to come. Jai knows about daddy Wilcox and the bad things he has done and he is also not happy with his work situation; so is he going to the dark side with dad or going to let his boss in on daddy’s dirty dealings in hope for a promotion? Let’s find out on Tues at 10:00 EST on USA.
Here is a first look at the exciting Covert Affairs footage shot on location in Venice! Annie may be in Venice, and it’s not all canals and fancy food, or is it? Annie finds herself with no active operations, and begins to experience just how lonely being a CIA operative can be. But she’s quickly provided with a new assignment when she meets a chef with ties to the Basque separatist movement.
